Our delivery charges are as follows:
- £3.99 on orders under £20.00
- FREE delivery on orders £20.00 and over
We aim to despatch your orders within 1-2 working days, all orders placed by 11am Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day.
All orders are delivered by our logistics partner Royal Mail using their 48hr Tracked service. All deliveries are expected within 48hrs from leaving us, please note that delivery days do not include weekends. You can fully track your order by entering your 13 digit tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has been despatched. Please be aware that all orders for Northern Ireland & Channel Islands are subject to extended delivery times. Please allow 7 - 10 working days for arrival.
Please note that during peak times of the year such as Easter and Christmas, delivery delays may occur. If your order has not been received within 5 working days of purchase, please call our customer services team on 01252 279 303.
