Behind the scenes - Head Office

We previously posted about our warehouse colleagues to give you an insight into what happens duringProduction and distribution.

Today we’re sharing some of the wide-ranging tasks being undertaken every day in the office.

A key part of the day is making sure we’re ready to answer the many calls and emails received from customers, this includes providing product support, placing orders and answering queries. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best car cleaning products that are easy to use, with a professional quality finish. It’s important for us that we are approachable should anyone have any questions or queries about our products, and we endeavour to reflect this in the service we give our customers.

The to-do list is always full and varied:

  • Processing orders
  • Invoicing
  • Sorting couriers and deliveries
  • Supporting the sales team
  • Updating stock inventory
  • Ordering equipment
  • Reporting performance across the company
  • Providing marketing support

And the there's managing our online selling platforms! And that’s not including what’s going on in accounts…

You can then also add to that:

  • Reporting on sales figures
  • Managing cashflow
  • Liasing with suppliers over payments
  • Looking after the online payment accounts
  • Looking after incoming and outgoing post
  • Creating task lists
  • Staff wages
  • And answering bundles of emails…
