Information about deliveries

We aim to despatch your order within 2 working days.

It will be delivered either via Royal Mail or via our courier service depending on the size and contents of the package.

Mainland UK deliveries should be received within 7 days and may need a signature upon delivery.

Should you be out when your parcel arrives a missed delivery card will be left for you with a contact number to arrange redelivery.

If you have been waiting longer that 7 days for your goods to be delivered please give us a call and we will investigate.

In the event that there is problem with your delivery – if it is damaged or only part of it has arrived, then please give us a call and we'll see what we can do.


Delivery Charges

These vary according to the value of your order:

  • If your order is under £20.00 then delivery costs £3.99
  • For orders between £20.00 and £29.99, the delivery costs £4.99
  • Delivery is FREE for all orders over £30.00

Next day delivery is temporarily unavailable.

These charges apply for Mainland UK only - if you live in the Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland or overseas then please call us for delivery rates and times.


What to do if you are not happy with your products

We offer a 100% peace of mind guarantee if you are unsatisfied with the products you have ordered from us. You can return your goods back to us back should you change your mind or are not happy with your items. Please just give us a call and we can let you know how to send goods back to us.
